There is no need to stress! e-PayDay Go Award-centric payroll software ensures you effortlessly comply with the Fair Work Voluntary Small Business Wage Compliance Code.
Our Powerful Cloud Payroll Software Features

When creating payroll software, it's essential to thoroughly address the needs of regulators such as the Fair Work and the Australian Taxation Office. Cutting corners isn't an option, as it compromises the software's effectiveness and usefulness. The fundamental payroll requirements remain the same for small or large businesses. By meeting these standards, we can confidently ensure a reliable and compliant solution that benefits businesses of all sizes and operates seamlessly within the regulatory framework.
When talking about payroll, using the term "simplifying" is a commonly used marketing tactic. What software can really do is streamline payroll processes to meet the requirements. Remembering payroll is complex and always changing due to new legislation is important. True simplification can only happen at a governmental level through decisions that reduce some of the complexity. But don't worry; we can still make procedures more efficient, improve productivity, and assist in mitigating potential errors.

The user experience distinguishes various payroll solutions. Income Stream
When processing a pay run, amounts are allocated to income types such as Salary and Wages, Closely Held employees, Working Holiday Makers, Foreign Employment Income and others. Country codes may be applicable, and multiple income types can be reported for the same payee throughout the year.
Directors' Fees
Payments made to Directors or to a person who performs the duties of a director of the company are reported separately. These payments may include compensation to cover costs incurred in performing the role of a company director. These payments are consolidated and reported as a single amount.
Lump Sum Payments
Depending on the timing or nature of the lump sum payment a concessional tax rate may be applicable. Payments such as Unused annual leave or annual leave loading, Long service leave paid out on termination, Genuine redundancy or early retirement scheme payment, Back payments, and Return to work payments are separately itemised and reported.

These amounts are separately reported.
